Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Free on orders over $75 | $6.99 on orders under $75

Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

$14.99

Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping time may apply to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii: Add 2-3 business days to standard delivery times
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping only (Express and Overnight not available)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO): Standard shipping only, 10-14 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $19.99
  • Europe: 10-21 business days, starting at $29.99
  • Asia-Pacific: 10-21 business days, starting at $29.99

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your country's customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed for shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

  • Lost packages: We will file a claim with the carrier after the expected delivery date has passed
  • Damaged packages: Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
