30-Day Return Window

At JinDing Global Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items marked as such
• Customized or personalized products
• Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@jindingglobalsupply.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label
4. Pack items securely in original packaging with RA number clearly visible
5. Ship via provided label or an insured carrier

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability. However, you may contact us to inquire about direct exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Change of mind returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if using our return label)
